The Woodland Chamber Music Workshop is a place where adult amateur musicians of any instrument and all skill levels come together for a weekend of small-ensemble playing and coaching, seminars, chamber orchestra, and fun on the beautiful North Shore of Lake Superior in Northern Minnesota!

      Luxurious accommodations and meals are 
          included at Surfside, directly on the  
          beautiful North Shore of Lake Superior
          in Tofte, Minnesota.

      The Gichigami Trio, artist-faculty in 
           residence, give positive and 
           constructive coaching sessions for each 
           ensemble, plus a public concert.

      Participate as a pre-formed group or 
          individual. Individuals will be placed 
          with other participants of similar skill 
          and experience - no auditions required.Text Box: Both pre-formed ensembles and individuals are welcome; emphasis is placed on improving ensemble skills, musically exploring a particular piece of chamber music, and developing the artistry of the individual musician-participant.


The Gichigami Trio, the WCMW’s artist-faculty in residence, will coach and guide each ensemble during the Workshop. Each group will have the opportunity, to perform in an informal concert open to the public on Sunday afternoon.Text Box: ~ A Unique Experience for Adults ~
